Custom Design Services

We provide a wide range of customization options for our pearl jewelry and the wedding pearl jewelry including:

• Adjusting the length of a necklace or bracelet of any design in our collection.

• Changing the clasp and findings on a design.

• Customize our collection for your bridesmaids, the mom of the bride and other important people in your wedding.

• Restringing services of your pearl necklaces are also offered.

Please contact us using the contact us form or email us with your inquiry and we will respond within 2 business days. We will discuss and confirm the details of the project.

We will provide photos of materials, a quote and the lead time of the project for you to approve before we begin working.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due once the design details have been finalized.

Once we begin working with your order we will keep you updated through the process.

When the project is completed we will send a photo of the finished piece before the balance invoice is sent and the order is mailed.

Shipping  by USPS is free for custom orders.

Custom pieces cannot be returned; please understand that every piece is crafted by hand. We are happy to communicate with you about questions you may have.
