Return and Exchange Policy

We will accept the return of merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be Pre-Approved. Call or email before you ship the item to request a Return Authorization Number.
Every item it is one of a kind piece and we do not accept exchanges. We will be happy to work with you in individual basis, please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Custom pieces cannot be return; understand every piece is crafted by hand. We are happy to communicate with you about questions you may have.
